This lot is a great example of the sustainability profile we're looking for, and it's incredibly tasty too, with nougaty notes of chocolate and macadamia and a twist of fruity cranberry.\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis is our second year featuring this lot, and we sourced it thanks to our friends at Indochina who helped us connect with several of our Asian coffee producers. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee was produced by smallholder farmers in and around Pha Yar Gyi Kone village who are part of the Shwe Taung Thu Farmers Group. The group, whose name translates to 'Golden Farmer,’ name each community lot after the village where it was grown and processed. The focus in Pha Yar Gyi Kone village is on producing natural coffees, as the dry heat during the harvest season is ideal for this.
